The Sun Inn is a beautiful 15th Century pub in the heart of the historic town of Clun, South Shropshire. A grade two listed building, the Inn is of cruck construction with a wealth of exposed oak beams and original charm. Graham and Fiona Didlick extend to you the hospitality of their home in the hope that you will, as many have done before, sample the delights and return.

Another special pub is the Sun at Clun, a place sure to match any urban fantasy about rural locals. Quite simply, it’s perfect (Travel Intelligence - Nick Maes).

The Sun by Jenny Lohmann

The Sun at Clun is run to the standards we ourselves would expect to find, and your comfort and enjoyment is our main concern. You will find excellent home cooked food, made with local ingredients wherever possible, and real ales. A relaxed friendly atmosphere is guaranteed, and comfortable accommodation awaits the weary traveller.

The Sun Inn is on the B4368 in the picturesque town of Clun amid the beautiful Shropshire Hills. Our Marches town is an ideal location for visiting Offa's Dyke, an abundance of castles and fortifications and historic towns, including Ludlow and Montgomery.

Graham and Fiona offer a 10% discount on food and accommodation for all serving members of HM Forces and veterans.
